This project served, among other things, to expand the flagship project Deutschlandsberg Castle by additional high-quality museum space and to protect the main tower (keep) from water ingress at the ceiling.<\/h5>\n

For this purpose, a roofing including partial extension was carried out according to scale and hand-drawn plans from the year 1806. In addition, the interior of the polygonal tower, which was reconstructed a few years ago, was converted into modern museum space. Also – in accordance with the local development strategy of the LAG Schilcherland – the regional awareness of culture was strengthened, cooperations with historically significant cultural services were established, Deutschlandsberg Castle was strategically marketed and thus contributed significantly to the further archaeological and touristic positioning of southwestern Styria.<\/p>\n
